We make every effort to dispatch your products the following working day after placement of order. We use My Hermes for standard delivery, which is normally delivered within 3-5 working days. You will received an email when your order has been dispatched.

- Where orders are placed at a weekend or on an English bank holiday, they will be treated as if they were received the morning of the next working day.
- We are unable to accept orders where the full address information has not been supplied. We are also unable to accept an order where the delivery address is a PO Box, Hotel or similar.
- For first time orders where the billing and delivery addresses differ, we may call you to verify that your card is not being used without your knowledge.
Returns & Refunds
You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of receipt in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you complete and enclose the Returns Form enclosed with your order.
To return an item, please ensure that all products are securely packaged and the right postage charge is paid. We recommend you use a signed-for service as Sage Green Designs Limited cannot be held responsible for items that are returned and lost in the post. If items are not returned in the condition requested above, then we reserve the right to deny a refund. If the incorrect postage is paid and a charge is applied to us, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to receive the returned items. As long as the items have been returned in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging with all tags attached, a refund will be processed directly to the payment card the original order was placed with. We will send you an email confirming your refund once this has been processed.
Please note that it can take up to 10 days for a refund to appear in your bank account. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and is dependent upon your bank or building society.
If you receive a faulty item, this can be returned following the process above for an exchange or refund.
